Social Facilities and Events
Our social facilities inlclude a bar, restaurant and large function room - all of which are available to hire for meetings, conferences and private parties. Throughout the year, we organise a range of social activities, including skittles, bingo, quiz nights, and dances. We offer a social membership if you don't want to play bowls but want to use our social facilities.

Looking for a venue for your social event or meeting?
Our large function room is available for private hire and is typically used for business meetings, fundraising events and private parties including birthday parties, coffee mornings and funerals. From help-your-self buffets to sit-down meals, our catering team can provide the menu that is right for your event.
Bar & restaurant
Helen, Julie, Carla and Julian make sure no-one ever goes hungry or thirsty. Choose from a range of subsidised main meals including a daily chef's special, a light bite or just a coffee and slice of cake. Once a month we put on a hugely popular two course Sunday lunch, bookable in advance. Winter opening times for our well stocked bar and restaurant are shown in the picture opposite.
Organised events
Throughout the year, our Social Committee organises a range of social activities for members and non-members including skittles, bingo, quiz nights, dances, BBQs, parties. Club members also go on a bowls tour twice a year. If you would like to suggest any social activities or outings, please contact Carole Warmington on 07919 994381.
